Each participant will receive the Conference Welcome Kit upon registration. The kit includes the scientific program and promotional materials from partners.

Access to the venue will be allowed only to participants (healthcare professionals) and exhibitors (partner companies) at the Conference and will only be done based on the participant or exhibitor badge, which you will receive after registering at the Info Desk.

Participants will choose their seats on a "first come, first served" basis.

We recommend that you plan to arrive as early as possible at the location where the works will be presented.

Participants will eat meals in designated areas, as detailed in the Conference program.

Mobile phones must be set to silent mode during all sessions.

Neurocare Association

Each participant will receive a Certificate of Participation with EMC credits. To obtain the maximum number of credits, please scan the daily badge each time you enter/exit the science activity rooms. Each badge has a unique QR code.

Participants and invited speakers are kindly requested to wear their badges at all times within the Conference Center.

Only digital materials that comply with the technical specifications agreed upon at registration will be accepted for presentation. All materials must be submitted to the Technical Team at least 3 hours before the scheduled presentation time.

Failure to meet the technical specifications or the deadline may negatively impact your presentation.

Any damages caused to the event venue will be borne by the person responsible. Neither the venue nor the organizer accepts any liability for personal injuries.

Participation in the Conference is a voluntary act.

Please be advised that the entire event location is under VIDEO surveillance.

Smoking is allowed only in specially designated smoking areas.

The Conference Registration Desk and Registration will be located at the Conference Center

Internet access will be available through the wireless connection provided at the venue.

We inform you that photos taken during the event will be posted online. The organizer holds the image rights for the entire event and may use photo and video footage, captured both by its own staff and by participants, in various materials created in connection with the Conference.

Neither the venue nor the organizer accepts any responsibility for loss, theft, or disappearance of any belongings.

Recovered lost items found by the organizing team can be collected at the Info Stand. To report a lost item, please contact the information desk.
